Chef Gautam Kumar is a seasoned culinary professional with over 25 years of experience crafting exquisite dining experiences. He possesses a deep understanding of global and regional Indian flavors, a passion for sustainability, fresh, locally sourced ingredients, and a remarkable ability to design memorable hospitality experiences.
Prior to his current role, Chef Kumar spereheaded the culinary operations and served as the Executive Chef at prestigious establishments including India’s leading catering venture and other renowned five star deluxe hotels for more than a decade. where he demonstrated expertise in kitchen layout, service-flow planning, and pre-opening operations.
Throughout his illustrious career, Chef Kumar has honed his skills at renowned establishments such as the Shangri-la New Delhi, The Imperial New Delhi, Grand Hyatt Delhi, Radisson Hotels & Resorts, MAYFAIR Hotels & Resorts, The Deltin Daman and Foodlink F&B Holdings (India) Pvt. Ltd. He consistently delivers exceptional cuisine and has earned numerous accolades and glowing reviews from discerning guests.
Chef Kumar is dedicated to exceeding customer expectations, driving revenue growth, and fostering a knowledgeable and skilled culinary team.
